Oonlu is a collection of casual games. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle local game data, optional accounts, leaderboards, analytics, advertising, and purchases.
1. Guest access and local game data
You can play Oonlu as a guest without creating or signing in to an account. Signing in is optional and enables account-based features such as submitting scores to online leaderboards.
Game progress, local high scores, settings, and preferences are generally saved on your device. These local game saves are not web cookies. If you delete the app or clear its data, locally saved progress may be lost.
Online leaderboard records are separate from local game saves. Signing in does not automatically back up or synchronize all local game progress.
2. Optional sign-in and account information
Oonlu offers Google Sign-In on supported devices and Sign in with Apple on iOS and iPadOS. We use Firebase Authentication to authenticate users and manage Oonlu accounts.
When you sign in, we and our authentication providers process information needed to establish and maintain your account, including:
- An internal account identifier and identifiers associated with your sign-in provider.
- Profile information supplied by your provider, which may include your name and email address.
- Authentication tokens and session information.
- Technical information used for authentication and security, such as IP addresses, app or browser information, and authentication logs.
If you choose Apple’s Hide My Email option, we may receive an Apple private relay email address instead of your personal email address. Oonlu does not receive your Google or Apple password.
We use account information to authenticate you, maintain your session, provide account features, manage account changes and deletion, and protect the service against unauthorized access and abuse.
Signing in does not enable optional GAME ANALYTICS or grant permission for personalized advertising.
3. Leaderboards and online activity
Guests can view public leaderboards. Signing in enables eligible scores to be associated with your Oonlu account and submitted to online leaderboards.
For these features, we process information such as your public player identifier, display name, game identifier, submitted scores, and submission or update timestamps. We calculate rankings from leaderboard records.
Account-based activity features may also store activity dates and daily streak information, such as current and best streak counts.
Your leaderboard display name, public player identifier, scores, and rankings may be visible to other users, including guests. Your email address and private authentication identifiers are not displayed as public leaderboard information.
Choose a display name that you are comfortable sharing publicly. We may review or restrict names and leaderboard records to address abuse or enforce our rules.
We use this information to operate player profiles, leaderboards, rankings, and related account features. These functions process the necessary data even when optional GAME ANALYTICS is turned off.
4. Optional game analytics
GAME ANALYTICS is off by default for new installations. If you turn it on in the app’s Settings, Oonlu uses Firebase Analytics to understand gameplay events, active playtime, and ad revenue so we can improve the games.
You can turn GAME ANALYTICS off again in Settings. This choice is separate from advertising consent and does not turn on personalized ads or permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites.
Turning GAME ANALYTICS off does not disable processing needed for requested account features, leaderboards, account deletion, purchases, or service security.
5. Advertising
Oonlu may show ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may process information needed to deliver, secure, and measure ads, such as app and device information, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and identifiers permitted by your device settings and consent choices.
Personalized ads are used only when the applicable permissions and choices allow them. Ads may still be shown when you decline personalized advertising.
Depending on the applicable consent choices, non-personalized ads may use cookies or mobile identifiers for purposes such as limiting how often an ad appears and aggregated reporting. Limited ads disable personalization and features that require a local identifier. Google explains these ad modes.
6. Tracking permission on Apple devices
On iOS and iPadOS, Oonlu uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency system prompt to ask permission before tracking your activity across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.
If you select “Ask App Not to Track,” Oonlu does not request personalized ads and applies limited ad settings. Your decision does not stop you from playing or using optional sign-in and leaderboard features.
You can review Oonlu’s tracking permission later in your device’s iOS or iPadOS Settings.
7. Advertising consent and cookies
In some countries or regions, a separate Google consent form may ask about advertising cookies, similar device storage, and the use of personal data by advertising partners. This form concerns advertising technology; it is unrelated to Oonlu’s local game saves.
A choice in the Google consent form does not override your decision in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you declined Apple’s tracking permission, accepting options in the Google form does not give Oonlu permission to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Where available, you can review advertising choices through the app’s privacy settings.
8. Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the store from which you obtained Oonlu. Oonlu does not receive your full payment card details.
The app may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to confirm a purchase, provide purchased features, or restore an eligible purchase.
Store purchases and Oonlu accounts are separate. Deleting an Oonlu account does not automatically refund a purchase, cancel any store-managed subscription, or delete records held by the store. Refunds, subscription management, and eligible purchase restoration follow the applicable store’s processes.
9. Deleting your Oonlu account
You can initiate account deletion from the account management screen in Oonlu by selecting Delete account and following the confirmation steps. You may need to sign in again to verify that you own the account.
Once deletion processing completes, we remove the Oonlu authentication account and associated online data under our control, including the account profile, public player profile, leaderboard entries, and account-linked activity records.
For accounts connected to Sign in with Apple, deletion also includes revoking the associated Apple authorization.
Deletion may require processing time. Previously displayed or cached leaderboard information may remain visible until the relevant view refreshes.
Deleting your Oonlu account:
- Does not delete your Google or Apple account.
- Does not automatically erase game saves or preferences stored on your device.
- Does not automatically refund or cancel store purchases.
- Does not restore deleted online profiles or leaderboard records if you sign in again.
Signing out, uninstalling Oonlu, or clearing local app data does not by itself delete your online account.
If you cannot access the account deletion feature, contact support@oonlu.com for assistance.
10. Service providers and information sharing
Oonlu uses service providers to operate its features, including:
- Google and Firebase: authentication, account and leaderboard storage, cloud hosting, service security, and Firebase Analytics when GAME ANALYTICS is enabled.
- Google AdMob and its advertising partners: advertising, consent management, ad measurement, and fraud prevention.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple and applicable platform services.
- Platform stores: payment processing, purchase verification, and eligible purchase restoration.
We share information with these providers as needed for their roles and the permissions or choices that apply. We require providers processing personal information on our behalf to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements.
Providers may also process information under their own privacy policies. More information is available in the Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy and security information, and Apple Privacy Policy.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries where our cloud and service providers operate.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or secure our services.
11. Data retention and security
Local game data generally remains on your device until you clear it or delete the app.
Online account, profile, leaderboard, and activity data is retained while needed to provide those features, unless you request deletion or removal is otherwise required.
After account deletion completes, a minimal deletion-processing record is scheduled for automatic removal after seven days. It contains the internal account identifier, protected request-receipt information, status, timestamps, and processing metadata. Automatic removal may take additional processing time.
Service logs, backup copies, advertising information, and previously collected analytics data follow the applicable service retention settings and deletion processes. Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Contact us about requests concerning information under our control.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information associated with Oonlu. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
12. Your choices and privacy requests
You can:
- Play as a guest without signing in.
- Turn GAME ANALYTICS on or off in Oonlu’s Settings.
- Review Apple tracking permission in your device Settings.
- Review advertising consent through the app where offered.
- Manage your display name through the available account features.

- Clear local app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored information.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing.
Contact support@oonlu.com to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where applicable, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
13. Children
Oonlu is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Oonlu in circumstances that require parental consent or otherwise violate applicable law, contact support@oonlu.com. We will review the situation and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Oonlu or its data practices change. The latest version and revision date will be available on this page.
